Haresh specialises in dealing with TRA (Teacher Regulation Agency) cases against teachers. Haresh is a qualified teacher himself and has worked and taught in schools, sixth forms. colleges and universities for over a 15 year period and fully understands his clients needs. He further has extensive experience in dealing with parents and pupil matters including but not limited to university student terminations/investigations whilst also having done a short stint as an examiner.

Haresh has worked as a journalist for with the BBC and also a documentary filmmaker. He has extensive experience in film law, and other areas of media law such as defamation. Haresh strives to assist independent filmmakers on shoestring budges make the best out of their funding by ensuring they do not breach any laws.

Haresh has extensive employment law experience which he acquired through a very personal experience and specialising in helping teachers and lecturers and others from education who find themselves without the support of their unions.
